This new suite of spaces for an ear, nose and throat medical practice involved creating a reception area, waiting room, examination rooms, doctor’s office, and support areas. The foyer, waiting rooms and hall are highly detailed and finished with traditional mouldings to reinforce their character as public spaces. In contrast, the examination rooms, private offices and support areas are minimally detailed in response to their more intimate and utilitarian functions. Materials used throughout were limited to a color palette of black, white, grey and silver.
